Returned Items must be in the same condition as when sold. 

Returns will only be accepted if returned in the original packaging. 

we won't allow any  Used Hair Extensions.

Client must provide reason for the return when sending to us return. 

if the product is damage or differ in texture or size , we need photo or videos of the product

once the product is return , we need tracking info form the client , they we will send the replacement
